Rooted in the Community
Dr. Mannel is Texas born and raised, and has served patients in Seguin, Texas since the early 1980s. He and his wife, Gina, have built their life here—raising their three children and caring for generations of patients in the same community they call home.
For Dr. Mannel, practicing medicine has always been about more than diagnosing and treating conditions. It’s about taking the time to listen, understanding what patients are truly experiencing, and helping them find clear, meaningful answers.
He believes good care starts with conversation—not assumptions—and that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and involved in their care.
That philosophy continues to guide how he approaches both routine gynecologic care and more complex concerns, including hormone-related symptoms.
As an active member of the community and of Faith Lutheran Church, Dr. Mannel brings a personal level of commitment and accountability to his work—caring for his patients the same way he would want his own family cared for.
